Greek Villa The property is a Villa located at Loutsa, 20k SE of Athens, Attica sleeping up to 9 persons in 5 bedrooms. There are 7 single beds and double beds together with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Villa Artemis is made up of two seperate apartments. The main apartment is on the second and third floor and sleeps 5 persons. It can be rented together with the first floor apartment which then sleeps 9 persons if more room is desired. The main apartment is open plan style with a modern easy to use kitchen with seating for up to 10, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace made from locally found tiles,and an elegant dining area. Marble stairs lead you up from the garden to a large balcony and entrance door. Two further balconies can be reached from the kitchen and dining area. An inside spiral staircase leads you up to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with bunkbeds and one an ocean view and two single beds. Villa Artemis in only 10 mintues from the sandy beach and the crystal clear waters of the Aegean invite you to swim and sunbathe or pratice all manner of water sports. The water is shallow for quite a distance out and is therefore ideal for children and non swimmers. The beach is never overcrowded, not even in the summer months. Along the coast road you'll find taverns and restaurants all offering traditional greek food for very reasonable prices. Athens is only 20 km away and easy to reach with bus/car and metro. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Athens is not only famous for it's historical sites and museums but also for its traditional Greek markets, parks, exclusive shops, restaurants, cafes, theatres, concerts and ever changing exhibitions.
